While Bliss's clan is known for being made up of individuals who could be deemed "odd", Darksoul stands out even among them. His shadowy appearance mixed with his death like aura often leave many of the more cheery and colorful dragons to avoid him. His past is relatively unknown and mysterious having come from their allied clan in the storm territory, and seems to know much more then he lets on. Some speculate he knows too much and is on the run, hence his sudden arrival and setting up camp in a cave at the far border of Bliss's territory insuring her protection but far away enough to rarely be seen.

For the most part he is almost like a cryptid, encounters are uncommon and he almost never speaks, mask hiding any expression as he goes about his current task. Clan leader Bliss has gone to visit him on occasion, and he has even attended one or two clan gathering nights, being a useful warrior and great at hunting.

Attempts at starting conversation are usually met with a nod or shake of the head, as he prefers only to converse with the clan leader if necessary, or on occasion Jaromir when Bliss is unavailable.
