Vortex is one of the most elementally powerful dragons residing in the Wraithpit, able to use divinely charged arcane magic to bend both space and time at his will. This power is most useful in teleporting great distances or aging his enemies to skeletal dust in seconds. In fact his magic is so powerful it can have a visible effect on any weaker life forms unfortunate enough to wind up in his vicinity; it is not uncommon to see plants in his wake wither to death or passing flies bizarrely age backward and drop onto the ground as writhing maggots.
