A wandering ice witch, Strata trained from the beginning to leave her shadowy origins to shower her friends and foes in blanket of snow.

While she achieved her dreams of mastering the cold, she found herself quite alone and aimless, not once thinking she'd actually get as far as she did. For a time, she stayed in the Starfall Isles, reading from their ancient tomes and harnessing her powers. However the stars in her eyes faded as she grew bored of the daily chatter on magic and prophecy. So she wandered again, finding herself her one of Earth's vast deserts, tampering with a small oasis. She was swept away to Wind where she froze the tempests and followed the breeze. And so the nomad she was for a time, her trail followed by a sodden trail of snow. Without anyone to share her magic with, the loneliness grew on her like the chill in her claws as she desperately sought a lair.

And so she landed with the Pustules, a sweet soul among a rabble of outcasts. Like other entertainers she performs grand shows as well as any magical favors her neighbors may ask. Chimera wasn't won over by this witch's bedazzling storms but rather her talent for making snow cones which the matriarch's two daughters loved. Strata makes quite the living making delicious cones, her favorite being blackberry~
