Sister spirit to Shoal. Where he was eager to obtain a corporeal form and dance on land, she chose to remain a heavenly body, riding with the turn of the sun across the world.

Horizon cannot be seen or heard by most dragons; it takes some form of magical sight for them to accomplish. Even then it requires effort. She communicates with strong flares of magic that manifest to the receiver as fleeting impressions or flashes of light at the edge of their vision. It has become easier and easier to make herself understood since the increase in elemental power throughout the land.

Horizon's children live half in the world of spirits and half in that of dragons, with their mother a spirit and their father a dragon possessing a potent mix of water magics. They have corporeal form but are bound by magic to the deep waters as surely as their mother is bound to the sky.
