Fortune is a fickle thing, always flitting here and there, bestowing her favor on those whom she likes best. Sometimes such dragons are deserving, and sometimes they are not; it's a matter of personal preference, and that preference tends to be skewed by unusual factors. But that's not Eri's fault. Fortune she may be, but she's only a mortal in the end, and life is more fun when she can act on her whims, after all!

However, there is a small court that has caught her eye better than most clans. She loves the way the flowers grow out of the ice, and how the snow twinkles in the sundown light. There's something magical about such vibrancy in the heart of the Icewarden's lands, something enchanting and lovely and fascinating.

So when she's not off making mischief for those she isn't so fond of, she spends her time flitting between the shadows of snow-covered pines, sprinkling hints of luck and fair fortune in her wake and watching as the unsuspecting court laps it up, so grateful for chance on their side. Perhaps one day she'll reveal herself to them, maybe even bless them with a lucky wish, but for now, she keeps herself secret, happy to watch and laugh as the flowers blossom and the world turns.
