Wights that are Marked are said to have bizarre lines across their body, seeming to be either tribal symbols, or a electrical circuit, both of which are not translatable. Most Wights suspect it is “The Colour Castaway’s” own tongue, one that only they know, while others deem it to be an ancient language, lost to time itself, and a few even believe it’s a combination of both. Marked Wights are perceived as the more hostile or at the very least, easier to provoke out of all the patterns. They can be quite skilled hunters when they manage to keep calm, using their pattern as a great camouflage. Preferring to be alone, Marked will more often than not stay in a lair for just a couple of years before travelling again, enjoying the idea of constant movement, regardless though, they are willing to settle in a home that has more antique traditions.
