Something twists the heavy smoke of the battlefield aside. A multitude of arms gathers the dark above a dragon's head. Bright eyes glare out from behind thick glass. He almost looks annoyed to be here. A dark feathered skydancer grows out of the smoke, his head cocked in question.

"Are we going to move, or are we going to sit here and die?"

Ivoreth is a mage of the highest order - mostly self taught, although he does jump on any other magic user to learn from. His main form of magic pulls shadow and smoke from the world around him, imbuing these things with power and strength beyond what they actually are.

Ivoreth's many arms constantly twist in and out of reality. He...enjoys the reactions of his clanmates when he has several of his arms curling around him when meeting them.

There's something bookish about Ivoreth. He would rather be clean and prim at all times, but the life of a fighting dragon keeps him away from libraries for the most part. Kuei is rarely still enough for either of them to settle, so Ivoreth keeps all of his magical knowledge to himself. He comes off as arrogant to many of the Gardens' scholars, stealing their books away for a few nights without their permission. Briar in particular would rather chase the skydancer away than let him glance at her work.

Haze unexpectedly took the younger skydancer in. Although Ivoreth took a much more violent path in life he can sometimes speak with the same spirits as his mentor. Ivoreth tends to ignore them for the most part, lacking the care of Haze when he interacts with them.

There's not a lot that Ivoreth seems to care about outside of himself. Kuei is the only notable exception.
