Biography
Sisters of glass. Rumours call them spirits of the winter. Intricate filigree identical in every curvature that decorates them, it's too similar to be natural. They are reborn beings of a time long ago, lost to that storm so many years in the past, two little hatchlings running far over the fragile icy plains. Never again to drift away from the other.
Where her heart would be, behind the faintly translucent ice that forms her, flickers the smallest of flames. The light reflects through her body like a lantern. In the dead of the winter nights, she descends upon the poor drakes misguided, lost and weary, and guides them home, in memory of the fate of her sister.
In body they are separate, imperial and nocturne at birth, but in spirit they are ever the same.
No matter where you go, I am always with you.
