Zyria's Way Home
I step through the deep portal only to find myself at a secluded beach. The wet sand squishes between my toes and the air tastes salty when I breathe in. I spend some time exploring the tide pools and watching the waves crash down onto the sand before I come to notice that I'm not alone. Far above me, a young hatchling, with a water bird at it's side struggle in the wind. You fly up to help them learn how to and find out that the hatchling is hopelessly lost, so you take them both home with you. The paddyfowl seemed to be her only friend in the world.
