Datura

"Not as innocent as one would expect"
Datura and her cat, Thorn, run a flower store; the former is well known by her customers for her kind, gentle attitude and the health and vibrancy of her flowers. Hatchlings who come into her store feel safe and, in fact, often flock there when their home lives are chaotic and difficult to bear. Even adult dragons sometimes hide out with her, staying upstairs of her store where they can relax and enjoy a warm cup of tea in peace. Her motherly nature extends to animals, as well- Thorn herself was, in fact, a stray once, and her presence seems to calm even the wariest strays.

Those who come from cruel homes will often find those who hurt them missing soon after visiting her, though. There's never a sign left of them, not a note or a feather or scale or anything to show why they might have disappeared. They will, however, often found a bouquet at their door within the next few weeks or months- a brilliant bunch of flowers more beautiful and lively than any they've seen before, gifted from Datura herself.
