Neige

She was awake for the whole day and the most part of the night before. Her wings moved slower and slower, she was really tired and hungry now, and didn't know yet what exactly she wanted to find.
Neige looked down on the ruins of old city and started to descend. Her claws clicked on the stone as she landed on the edge of ruins.
"Not a bad place, isn't it?"
Neige looked around. The sun falls down on the city and giant broken pillars throwed strange shadows. She sighed, tucking up her paws and put her head on the ground, closing her eyes. She seems to remember this place, but barely. This sun, these shadows, the way the wind is blowing around a little hill she stopped at – it all seems familiar. Neige didn't remember well her first home in Light Clan. Maybe, she was too little for that?

— Why, hello there.

The quiet whisper woke her up, made her get up on all four feet, turning to the source of this voice.
There was another imperial, like Neige herself. This one has two black round horns and was dressed in a black coat with a red scarf. The new imperial also has red marks all over their back, making them look a like tiger. They didn't seem angry or mad at Neige. Just a little... interested?

— Oh, did I... Crossed your clan's borders? I didn't want to, really, I was just... traveling, so...
— Please, don't be so scared of me, - imperial laughed, laying down and looked at Neige with interest. - I'm not one who attacks the dragon they just met. I like talking first. Calm down, please. And introduce yourself.
— I... My name is Neige.
The traveling imperial was confused. She laid down in front of the other dragon, wanting to keep herself as compact as she could.
— Well, hello, Neige. My name is Antinelle, and I am a Leader of the Searchers, a Light Clan you can see if you look down here.

Antinelle pointed at the pillars and Neige could see there was not only rocks throwing shadows. Many dragons were sitting under the parts of the old city, talking with each other or just sleeping. She didn't realize how she could ignore them, they were here all this time. "Seems like I really need to sleep a little", she thought to herself.

— Oh, my apologies, Antinelle. I didn't see there was someone here. I won't stay long, I promise...
— Where do you came from?
— I... I came from Arcane Isles.
— Heh, funny, our clan came from there too, — Antinelle smiled. — And what is your destination for now?
— I don't know. I just flew away to find something… but I don’t know what it is.
— What a match!
— Uh, what do you mean?

Antinelle seemed really happy and Neige didn't know what funny she said. It made her a little more confused, and she tucked up her paws again, hiding her opal-covered hands. Antinelle stared straight at her. "Maybe I did something wrong? Said something wrong? Please, say something, don't be so quiet..."

— You know, - said the Leader finally, - all these dragons have reasons to come here and stay. All of them were moving somewhere to find something.
She looked down on the ruins and dragons under them and there was so much love in her voice.
— They are searching something to make their lives full and important. No matter what it is - family, hatchlings, old scrolls... Battles. They are different in this, but still one clan.
She returned back to Neige.
— And you could become a part of it.
— Wait, what?
— I'm not joking, if that’s what you’re thinking about.
— I'm not...

Neige stopped. She was shocked to hear the Leader of some other Clan seriously offering her to join their Clan.

— I just don't understand why you would say this to me. The dragon you just met.
— I see something familiar in you. You're a Light dragon, right? - Neige nods. - There is a place where you belong. Where you was born a while ago. And there is a place that your Search has brought you to.
— I still don't understand.
— You will, sooner or later. But you should take a rest first, - Antinelle smiled again. - You don't know where you’re moving to, that means you're still Searching. Well, this is what This place for. You're searching yourself, Neige. And we're ready to help. I am ready.

Neige still was a little shocked. She looked down at the city and dragon clan doing their daily things. Helping each other. Did they come here to find something they couldn't fully understand? Did they found it? So many questions...

— I... I agree.
— Great! - Antinelle rose up to her feet and opened wings. Neige could see a large tome with Arcane symbol at it. She raised too, looking at the clan under the pillars.
— But what if they don't… like me? - she whispered, scared.
— I'm sure they will like you! Especially our hatchlings. I'm pretty sure they will try to climb up to your wings or hide under them.
— Oh... I'm just...
— It will be okay.
Antinelle smiled softly and licked her forehead.

— Believe me.
