Esprit

Her first home was deeply hidden in the shadows of the Tangled Wood. She was hardly known of, somehow able to slip in and out of the darkness while other dragons were unaware. She wore the essence of the shadows on her back and observed all. The staff she carried was gifted to her by an old witch, a bogsneak with a knowledge of recipes and spells so old, some doubted they weren't just placebos.

This dragon is Esprit. She is a strong mage, attuned to Shadow magic after living under the protection of the bogsneak witch for so long. This did not cause her to leave behind her connections with her birth element, Nature, but it did change her in a way. Her eyes grew dark around the edges the longer she practiced with Shadow and her Nature magic always came out a little skewed. It was an odd combination of the two elements, one that was not seen often, as far as she knew. But there came a day, when Esprit was foraging in Wispwillow Grove, that she discovered another dragon similar to her.

Fae, a Nature dragon corrupted by Shadow, was a dragon that Esprit found to be very agreeable. She was a bit shy, very reserved, but when Esprit spotted her, she could feel something pulling them together. There was an energy, a connection, that needed these two to meet.
