griselda is a stern, protective, and motherly dragon whose biggest scars are that which can only be felt with the heart. during her youth, a great bloody war was waged upon her homeland, so she was forced into the lifestyle of a warrior. today, she enjoys bathing in hot springs to ease her body and mind.

she had lost many a companion during the war, and had the horrors of battle burned into her brain. while at her post, defending civilians, the only thing that had made her smile was seeing their children at play. griselda has always had a soft spot for hatchlings, especially her younger sister.

now, she is quite old, but no matter how many centuries go by she cannot forget about her past. on particularly bad days, she goes into traumatic episodes, which can only be calmed by her familiar, who she keeps with her at all times. she is constantly wearing her armor for peace of mind.
