Chronos is a long time resident of the Abode, and despite his hardened, battle-scarred appearance, he is quite popular with the hatchlings of the clan for his easy-going attitude and his skill in weaving fantastical tales of adventures and victories (though if they are true or exaggerated remains another story). One should not entrust him with the task of hatchling-sitting, as past experiences have shown that Chronos will do little to discourage the hatchlings' antics - even worse, he has been caught assisting the little tricksters in carrying out their pranks. He rarely answers questions straightforwardly and often manages to accommodate a joke into any serious topic.

Not to say he is unreliable, though. Chronos' experience and skills proves him to be proficient in holding the influential position of clan adviser and strategist, and he aids Kyros in making major decisions affecting the clan. He is also trusted to train the newcomers of the Abode in the art of self-defense; he is, as unbelievable as it is to many, capable of putting aside his mischievous ways to ensure the safety and well-being of his pupils.
