More than 50 years ago, a gigantic laboratory was built on the Plague territory to celebrate the Plaguo-Lightning alliance. Developed to resist the worst things that humanity is created or machines of mass destruction, it was the perfect and respected place, known to all Sornieth.
But, 10 years ago, an unknown way earthquake engulfed the Aperture Lab and all those survivors with. No trace of life has been found and the fault that disfigures the territory Plague, leaves only violent wars.
Arsenal, stage manager of the Plague section of Squall's End. After the Laboratory disaster, the town of Squall's End, the city that communicated with Aperture, was followed by a civil war lasting several months.
A large part of the plague civilians were eliminated by the Lightning and other nations because, for them, the accident was nothing to chance and the Plague Nation had insisted to build this Laboratory on their territory.
These days, Plagues are often persecuted while Lightnings and others are welcome at Squall's End. Ironiness of Fate knowing that Squall's End is located at the edge of Plague territory, towards the Water and borders the inland sea.

In the center of the town of Squall's End, there is a huge telecommunication tower, where a representative of each nation sits, two represents the Ligthning, in superiority on this small piece of conquered territory. Arsenal is only the representative ..... yet is corrupt. It is considered waste by the world from below and supporters Plague, who only aspire to regain their independence ..... and their rights ....
