Arcane Common / Enchanter / Quartz
These dragons' abilities would not be considered impressive alone, but they are used throughout Sornieth whenever magic is needed. They can manipulate magic itself, being able to sense it and its element, strengthen or block any other magic, and enchant objects to contain magical abilities. To enchant an object, another willing dragon who possesses the needed power is required. Alone, an Arcane Common dragon can only create magic-detecting, anti-magic, or magic-strengthening objects.
