► ABOUT
Her Highness, Princess Ruby, is the granddaughter of Queen Poppy and a strong inheritor of the queen's intense magical capabilities. She and Prince Storm share the 'arcane birthmark', which spreads across their face and down their torso. Ever since Ruby was a hatchling, she's been curious and an advent explorer, always giving Lady Swirls, her mother, trouble. She would often sneak into the Central Tower library, the castle arena, and the castle gardens, to play around.
Now, much older, Ruby spends most of her time tending to the magical needs of the castle. As Storm prepares for his future as the heir, Ruby tends to the magical chores: reapplying worn out spells, sending information to the Oculus of the Eleven, communicating with the founders from the Real Between Worlds, and much more. In her spare time, she can found in the castle gardens, chatting with Holly and providing her with gardening magic (she's very fond of flowers, especially red ones).

Holly | Close Friend Ruby loves chatting with Lady Holly in the castle gardens about the residents, royal life, and everything in between. As childhood friends, they've become very close over the years, bonding over the struggles of keeping up with life in the Central Tower and their shared love of flowers. Ruby admires Holly for her attention to detail and extremely kindhearted nature. Recently she's been trying to set her friend up with a certain half cousin of hers... |

Flair | Half Brother Sir Flair is Ruby's older half brother, but she's never been too close to him. He grew up outside of the Central Tower as he lacks royal blood, so she's only ever spoken to him during visits to the castle barracks when she was needed there to address an issue. From their impressions, Ruby knows that her brother is a strict and professional knight, with much respect for the castle general, Sir Cloud. She wants to get closer with him (he's her only direct relative alive, after all), but he's nearly always on missions. |

Buddy | Familiar Buddy is Ruby's right hand man. He carries all sorts of things in his huge shell, from books, snacks, flowers, potions - the list goes on. Ruby adores her harvest hardshell and takes him nearly everywhere she goes, much like Storm's pangolin. "I could never do my job without him," she often says to the rest of the royal family, when they question her strange attachment to the crab. |
