"While the inhabitants of Sornieth thrive towards their own goals in life, the icy talons of fate rear their ugly daggers and impale those who get too close. Never fear said daggers, for they are the ones who will doom you the most."

Many have tried and failed to explain what exactly Renee is. She's known to never speak, other than the occasional whispers of cryptic messages in others' ears as she walks by. Never with explanation. Only seemingly hidden messages in phrases that don't sound natural to sit together. She's almost always alone, except for a mute Fae that rides on her shoulder, and is rumored to be the one to feed her information from all over, only adding to her creepiness factor. Along with a small baby Spiral, which she has made clear that is her's even if not by birth right. She is a chilling sight, and many describe feeling nauseous not too long after walking by or coming into contact with her. If spoken to or addressed, she will refuse to even act as if she heard it unless speaking with someone important to her.

The only one that Renee talks to other than her adopted child and her spy, Orion is presumed to be some sort of crush to her. She never fully finishes sentences while around him and often cuts off and stares at him in what some may describe as longingly. She never says much though, knowing it wouldn't work out. The only thing she has done is left small gifts and trinkets for him anonymously, often setting in front of his den's entrance and allowing him to find it when he opens his door.

The only child to ever gain her affection, Noodle has been unofficially adopted by Renee and now resides under her care. No one questions the adoption in fear of the Skydancer getting angry and doing something to them. Noodle herself shows no fear in her mother, and is often coiled around her arm or neck, sleeping happily. Occasionally, they even play in her den, playing imaginary and house. It is one of the only examples of emotion that Renee makes apparent.

As most Faes go, Argyle tends to a normal dragon, other than the utter selective mutism he has. He only ever speaks to Renee, and it's speculated that he is secretly gathering information for her and giving it to her free of charge. When asked about him, Renee simply gave an eerie smile and said the following, "Why, he's the ears behind your back when you think your safe from your own words." The others have learned to stay silent when the Skydancer and Fae walk by.
