From birth, Arashi-Vaedovi had been consumed by an overwhelming drive to find her Charge. She left home at an exceptionally young age and made her journey all the way from Starfall Strand to the Tangled Wood. There she found him: a pure white, regal-looking pearlcatcher, traveling alone through the dark forests. She knew immediately that this dragon was the one she had been seeking. The pearlcatcher had no idea what to do with this stray guardian hatchling who had suddenly began following him around, but she was mostly independent and so he was fairly quick to accept her as a traveling companion.

However, as she grew up, Arashi began to exhibit some unusual abilities....
