I am my sister's protector, as mother had put it. We did discuss it with father, he just giggled and said that I would be in good claws.

Right away, Lady Maia and Sir Lumos took me into their team and began my training. Upon seeing my abilities, they placed me with Lady Usiku and Sir Fides.

I have grown somewhat stronger and I have learned the claw attack that is unique to dragons that hail from the Plaguebringer's realm. It had come to the point where Lady Usiku said that cannot train me and I must work with stronger dragons.

Father told me that she was one of the saddest dragons he had ever met and it was her sadness that attracted him to her. "I forgot how young you are." He said gruffly. "But tomorrow is the start of the festival of the Icewarden: the Crystalline Gala."

I cannot believe that I will be spending my first festival away from home. A pang of homesickness hits me as I think of those who I've left behind...

Lady Starshine remembers my mother the best along with Lady Kaiari. They have both been very willing to talk with me about her and how she ruled the Hollowbane clan with pride and fairness. It is almost like the clan was her Charge. They also tell me of the oath mother had made with the Great Mother of Shadows, and how she was deceived into giving it all up.
Now that one thing Father always says about mother makes a little more sense. She is like a Guardian without a Charge.
Would mother approve of Lillian taking over?

They are also caring for another little fae who hailed from the Earthshaker's realm. A little spiral was taken quickly into the care of Lady Europa, Lady Oceania, and Sir Asia. And the last two were...special. Both are Skydancers who hail from the Icewarden's realm. The male is older, and he claims that he found his counterpart alone in the snow. Very few believe his words, as a hatchling as young as she would rarely be let out of the nest (according to Lady Malaika, who is taking care of the youngling). But the youngster is adamant and no claims have been brought forth for her.
Looking at my elders, they say that something like this has happened in the Narrowsky clan's history. Having five non wind hatchlings/younglings show up at once.
It does make me wonder....
