brave and steadfast, melancholia won't hesitate to defend his mate with his life. he is the peacekeeper for the clan, making good terms with neighboring airs and beastclan tribes. melancholia will put elegiac above all else, much to his mates chagrin. he knows that el is fragile and has mastered how to calm him down and reassure him. elegiac knows that mel will often ignore his own feelings in favor of keeping elegiac safe so he often has to check in on his mate to make sure everything's okay.
melancholia is elegiac's backbone, supporting him from behind the scenes and helping him do kingly duties even when elegiac believes he isn't worth the trouble.
