Francisca serves as the leader of the Empyreal Mirror dragon pack. She was the one that proposed a unified naming scheme for all of its members; a pledge of solidarity from each Mirror. Those Mirrors that refuse to take on a new name end up on her bad side and are not allowed to join.

She isn't totally inflexible in her approach. A Nogsneak plays a major role in her hunts, after all. But other Mirror dragons that refuse to submit to her terms anger her beyond all reason.
