Snake oil salesman type of personality, he's charismatic, but in a kind of way that makes your skin crawl. Manipulative. Sleazy. Self assured.

Disease mage. Incubates, mutates, and spreads deadly diseases straight from the Wasteland. His gembond is particularly gnarly because of this. Sometimes suffers the side effects of the diseases he spreads like nose bleeds, migraines, etc.

Likes to experiment with different pathogens & viruses to get the most horrific symptoms in the research laboratories. Doesn't practice safety regulations though.
