I am a member of the Clan of the hallowed night. This clan only assembles once a year on a date they call the ‘Hallowed Night’.They believe that on the 31st of October* the divide between the living and the dead trembles and thins. It is a time to remember one’s ancestors and to celebrate the cycle of life and seasons. When they gather they throw an extravagant celebration with a grand feast and extraordinary entertainments. However dragons wishing to join them for the night must be warned; this is the season of change and duality and they also spend the night trying to terrify each other with tricks, stories, and costumes.

Membership of the clan of the Hallowed night does not require you to give up any other allegiances, though many of its members find their home clan less accepting of split loyalties so keep their membership and yearly trips a secret. They believe that hatchlings born on this date are especially lucky and may be imbued with the magical energy of the night. It is also thought that the parents are blessed by this hatching.

Chief Deity worshipped by this clan is the Shadowbinder who to them represents change and liminality. The Plaguebringer is worshipped almost as much being the representation of death and decay. However all the gods are referenced in their ceremonies and worship to some extent, dragons from flights across Sornieth are members of the clan and bring with them diverse customs and ideas. However members will often go out of their way to nest in domains of the Shadowbinder and Plaguebringer in advance of the night in the hope to curry more favour with the goddesses. Likewise the event is held at a secret location right on the border between the Scarred Wasteland and the Tangled Wood.

Sheogorath is the Daedric Prince of Madness. His realm in Oblivion is known as the Shivering Isles, otherwise known as the Madhouse or "The Asylums" by the Imperial Census of Daedra Lords. It is separated into two communities: Mania, the fantastic, colorful side, where art enthusiasts and insane revelers reside, and Dementia, the horrific, dark and ominous side, inhabited by those with the darker side of Sheogorath's blessings. Sheogorath is attended by his Chamberlain Haskill and the Nobles of his realm, the Duke and Duchess of Mania and Dementia. 2XBCUEL.png
