Tylin, son of Viper and Venom, hailing from Dragonhome, or so it is said.

There are many who say that they can tell one's fate by looking at the stars. For Tylin, he never relied upon the stars above him. Instead he relies upon the stars on his own body. Tylin is oddly accurate when he uses the stars that seem to be part of him to predict things like the weather. When it comes to telling the fate of others, he is less accurate the more detailed he gets, after all fate can't be decided by the stars on one dragon. Still, his ability to predict rain freaks a few dragons out. Perhaps the oddest thing about him though is how the star patterns on his body react to danger coming close, becoming chaotic, never holding still, an eerie warning to those who see them.

When not trying to make predictions, Tylin tends to be rather laid back and listens well to others, he rarely speaks unless someone asks him a direct question. Even then he tends to answer it quickly. This changes when he plays card games though, he enjoys those a lot and can talk a lot while playing them. Perhaps the best way to get him to open up is to challenge him to a game of cards. Despite his predictions in everything else, he has never actually been good at cards, he can never tell when someone else is bluffing and he can never hide his own bluffs or when he has a good hand.
