Tempest takes more after her father than her mother in personality. Stoic and introverted, she has spent so much time trying to prefect her crystal based magic that it has actually begun to corrupt her form. This has given her many advantages in her field, though, such as being able to channel magic through her body and amplify it using the crystals that have grown on her.

When her brother- Lok- died as a hatchling of plague, Tempest tried to hone her power in order to revive him. She succeeded, in a way; she brought the ghost of her brother into view, giving him a semi-corporeal form. Sadly she is the only one who can see or hear him; their parents assume she is just going through a strange grieving process.

There are times, however, when it seems like someone- or something- else is talking through her...and it isn't Lok. It's something else that came to this plane of existence with him...
