Born with the deep crimson red eyes, Soothsayer is said to be the Oracle born of the Nejakilakin in the Scarred Wasteland. Soothsayer unlike his brother Phantom was born with supernatural powers that allow him to foretell the future as well as communicate between the realms life and death, and the deities that rule between the two worlds. Some believe he may actually be one of the deities Sprites but born into a dragon form, for he has said he feels as if he has lived for hundreds of years, and feels like his brother Phantom he may not actually be alive or dead, but something in between. To him, his gift he was born with is also is a curse of his father the Nejakilakin the one who can pass between the realms of life and death.
