Andin is just like any typical Coatl. His difficulty understanding the language of other dragons is a little worse for wear than others of his breed, so most of the other clan members communicate with him with brief phrases, gestures, and other non-verbal cues. Though the others reassure him, out of guilt he will go out of his way to make homemade gifts from materials he gathers regularly and various knickknacks he found (he's big on collecting), wrapping them in little packages and dropping them in front of other dragon’s dens early in the morning.‹━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━« As much as he tries to, Andin doesn’t really understand customs of other dragons; he once dressed up Evergreen’s charge with a goofy suit and tie as a surprise. Even though the Guardian was alarmed and displeased initially, he was too polite to break the sweet dragon’s heart, and so he kept the Webwing dressed up for the next season. Andin wishes everyone to be his friend and companion, but it is not always so. His temperament leads him to be manipulated easily without him even knowing he is doing something bad. Pranksters and puppet-masters delight in his stupid sweetness, using him as a middle-man for their devious schemes. Fortunately, though, these plans are normally benign and only a little bit irritating. Dead goat painted in black and blue stripes and nailed on to the front door of the lair with a smiley face next to it? Don’t worry, it was probably just Andin. |
