Her egg was found and raised by a band of Corven who, like some clans of beastfolk, sought to return to the old ways by emulating the animals from which they evolved. They saw the transition into Tengu form as a high honor which signaled alignment with the true ways of beasts. She and her adoptive sister, who is called Duskwing in Common, entered draconic society after a series of dark rituals left Duskwing's twin and several others dead. Though they still maintain some of the feral mannerisms their birth flock was known for, they have adapted rather well to Thunder Hollow life and have made steady friends in the clan.
Their shop is notable for its tame ravens and other such corvids, which are intelligent to the point of communicating prices and figures to potential clients.
Viola has an easier time speaking draconic than Duskwing, so she runs the storefront. Duskwing manages inventory and acquisitions, and she determines the overall business structure. Duskwing has an especially keen mind and was quick to catch onto the practical aspects of running a business.
The shop is closed every other month while the sisters travel to look for new items.
It is especially popular during the final month of the year, when the whole clan shelters inside the walled Public Sector during Night of the Nocturne. The enigmatic trinkets and curios are favored by many, both for themselves and as gifts for others. The shop closes for two months in advance of the Isolation of the Solstice to prepare a larger inventory.
