______ A lone mirror dragonet crept through the glowing mushrooms of the Shadow flight's territory, alone for years She was small but fearless, though her name cursed her. Pandora bore the burden of the name of a god's curse, given to the humans of legend through a tiny box. Because of this, the dragoness became cold and harsh.

______ One day, that dragonet stumbled upon a drake. He was small, scared, a brightly colored yellow and brown thing. He was skinny, starving. And against her better judgement, Pandora fed him and took him in, letting the smaller dragonet hide under the blood red of her wings. As they grew, Pandora assumed role of Matriarch. Nannabre supported her no matter what, and they fell in love.

______ As her Clan grew larger, they attracted the attention of a great many dragons. Pandora struggled to keep her Clan safe. Over and over she sacrificed her own hatchlings to the Shadowbinder, pleading with her to send them some safety, some sanctum. Her last nest hatched a dragon with Primal eyes, her young daughter, who was completely blind - but because of her eyes, she could be possessed by the Shadowbinder and through her, the goddess could give orders.

______ The Shadowbinder told Pandora that if she desired to save her Clan, she could no longer remain in power. She was quick to dig up the strongest, fastest dragon she could think of - young Sharpemic, a Wildclaw that had been abandoned and picked up by Hachiman. She was quick to train the Wildclaw, but she was silently betrayed by her own kin. Eventually she abdicated the throne and Sharpemic took over. The Clan's founder, though, lingers in the darkness, silently plotting revenge against her own daughter.
