Wavecrest

As far as the clan thought, the Focal Point should have been more protected and less likely to be visited by, well... strange Fae like Wavecrest. She just kind of appeared one day after one of the large meteors constantly raining from the heavens landed near where the clan had just recently settled.

"Either it had been drawn to the area by the meteor and happened upon the clan, or it was ON the meteor," was what was said when the strange, mute creature was discovered in the food supplies, eating until it had passed out on top of the hoard of insects it was consuming. In the first few weeks, the creature only stayed around Galaxy- he was the one who discovered it- and was very protective of him, until slowly, it was coaxed away from him by Syrrl, who took the time to learn more about the fae.

Eventually Syrrl named the fae after the waves constantly crashing around the isles, and found out it was presenting itself as a girl. Syrrl taught her basic language and slowly integrated her into the Clan. While she still cant speak- the clan thinks it was because of the meteor's radiation- she's learned to communicate through writing and drawing, both of which she's become quite fond of.

She has dedicated herself to preserving the memory of both the present and past members of the clan. Currently she is working on several different drawings and stories of the clan's oral histories dating back many, many years. She hopes to one day have the entirety of it all chronicled and written so future members can learn from the mistakes and triumphs of the past.
