Elderberry is a so-called tea hoarder cursed with Melanism
She wasn't directly cursed but was born like this
She is just seen as cursed because she stands out compared to the others
Despite the strange reactions people give her during interactions she's the best herbalist and healer within the camp having had special training to hone her skill off in the mountains

Her home has plenty of filling shelves with blends of medicine and homegrown plants from the mountains and other lands
She's the only dragon here to grow its own plants so she gets a constant stream of plants even if they're out of season
Another strange thing about her is clocks
She has many clocks within the rooms to keep track of time as well as alarms
Nobody exactly understands her fixation but in the afternoons she tends to tune and clean them

Whenever the festival comes around she buys medicinal herbs and sells her medicines, often running into some strange characters along the streets.
