Continuing to loving you, why am I lonelier than loneliness itself?

Then the abyss yawned.

EternalAbyss was born a Mirror, bearing the emblem of the clan from the moment he was born. A proud second-generation descendant of the guard DataRouter, EternalAbyss was soon separated from his mother when she was unfortunately exalted. The boy could not step out of the distress, turning into a reclusive tinforger for the clan. KnifeGuard himself had no heart to see him continue moping this way, sending EternalAbyss a gift to transform into a beautiful Skydancer. Upon this evolution, EternalAbyss became slightly more open- especially seeing himself find love in the unlikely Snapper LiveWire. Anyone passing by his armory would be treated to a feast of the eyes. After LiveWire's passing, he continues to experiment. One describes it as 'questionable at worst and brilliant at best'.

He's taken to self-experimentation, and already subtle differences are visible on him. Nobody quite knows if they're ready to see the full results of his labour. After being saved from the brink of death, his apprentice was killed and the poison from his own creation has blinded him.

Abyss's plans of creating robotic replacements of those he hated was exposed when ClearSmog seized power- and when he effectively went berserk and tried to murder Shrouded in blind rage, ClearSmog opted to have him imprisoned with ThunderBolt in the same pits he had once chained his inventions in.

Somehow he's allowed to stay in CrossPoison's court- but his initial reluctance and chaotic nature was softened increasingly by the reappearance of his wife, and with her anchoring his sanity, he's set out to finally, finally start doing the right thing.
