Biography

-The Arcane Representative-

Magnus' continuous magical research revolves deeply around finding the different ways that constellations and stars in general can affect magical rituals. Although he's passionate about his studies, he always makes sure to have some time for his wife Varkha and their children. He's a gentle, calm and loving father.

There was a time when Magnus was not as calm, but instead rash and fierce. It's back in those days that he grew the painful crystalline formations from his scales, as a result from a magical duel gone wrong. The experience taught him that in order to control his immense magical power, he'd have to learn to control himself. It was also the reason he left his former home in Starfall Isles, both to help cool his reckless temper and forget about the destructive duel that stained his form forever.

It was during his lonesome travel through Plague Wastelands that Magnus met Varkha. Varkha helped him with his crystalline aches with her plant-based remedies and often went stargazing with him on cloudless nights. She also gave a lot of new insight into Magnus' research, making their partnership a fruitful and blossoming one. In return Magnus helped Varkha upkeep her herbal plantations.

Slowly, other dragons started accumulating to Varkha and Magnus, seeking shelter and healing. Wanting to be able to help as many dragons lost in the wastes, Magnus made a powerful force field around their lair in order to keep any further corruption out. Together with their new allies, the couple then proceeded to cleanse the area and mold it into a space completely rid of rot and even flourishing with plant life.

As more and more dragons find their way to their lair, the force field and the purified area grew with the efforts of everyone included. Wanting to share his knowledge of magic and how to use it for survival in harsh circumstance, Magnus established the SoS, the School of Survival, which he's now the principal of. The once small lair is now an impressive castle that houses many a dragon. Yet is it entirely safe? Plague dragons are known for their resilience, after all, and foul things tend to find their way to seep in through the smallest cracks...
