A gentle and meek soul, a healer without the innate talent promised to him by blood but finding no malice in its loss, just the quiet drive to be better. His family carry a gift- the runes on their skin soothe those around them and allow their healing magic a greater effect than it grants most, but - was born without this boon. He is just a simple healer. This setback made him determined from a young age to keep up the legacy of his mother and father, with or without magic aiding him.

He is shy man of few words, and as such he can come off as cold as the tundra he was born in, but in fact he simply chooses to be a steady presence, preferring actions to words. His speciality is using winter plants within his remedies, these usually steeped in hot teas that can cure ails or grant a good night's sleep. It is best not to ask what exactly he is doing; it is certainly easier to drink his teas without the knowledge of what weeds go into them. If you're lucky, he'll sweeten them with honey or cranberries, and his patients may he granted a soft, gentle smile at their bedside as they drift off to pleasant dreams.
