I was adopted when I was still a hatchling. I can't recall my days as a child. When I began to walk on two feet, my new mother took care of my education almost instantly. I was sent to Tamaska's academy in the Fire flight for training so I could became a good fighter and be able to live on my own. I didn't want to disappoint my dear mother, I gave my everything to finish it with great results! By the time I came back home, I was already an adult, educated and knowledgeable. However, it was only now that I realized the conditions that our clan lived in. The situation here wasn't that bad but it wasn't the best either. The clan was wealthy enough to afford food and housing for its members, but there was a lot we were lacking. Mother tried to keep every dragon in the clan happy, yet she didn't have enough money to pay for proper education for all of them. Some of them were a little home-trained in combat but it wasn't enough... They were able to gather enough food to save everyone from starvation, but that's it. I still don't know why the one who got the chance to have a good training was ME but I'm really thankful.

I wanted to help my family somehow. I did some research. As soon as I found out that there were some places that could provide not only more food but also other useful items like good quality brewing materials or magical artifacts that we could use to help us in battles, I took action. The venues I'm talking about are rather dangerous and you should be well-prepared if you don't want to stay there forever, if you know what I mean. Since I was the best fighter here, I helped some of my brothers and sisters train in Ghostlight Ruins and Harpy's Root. They soon became strong enough to survive without my help and, inspired by me, they began to form more groups to help young dragons train. Everyone started to treat me like a leader - so soon I became one.

Our mother had a friend in Fire flight - sikora had a lot of money and good trainers, her clan was in great conditions so mother decided that some kids will join and help Flamecaller. I don't think it's a bad thing. Our deity went missing and the kids sent us some money they earned - they haven't forgotten about their clan! Those who wanted to stay in Water, close to their family, I trained myself but after some time they began to understand that following their older siblings is the best option for both them and the clan. They were moving to Fire making place for more newborns.

Our children help the Flamecaller for some time now and we became very close to our fire friends. Some couples like visiting the fire nation for mating seasons but there are some fire dragons who enjoy spending vacations here in Water as well (and this is how we got underwater volcanos)! When we're in need, sikora is always ready to help us back!

We're doing well now, especially after I realized that some stuff which drops during our trainings can sell for gooood money! Because most of young dragons are sent to the Fire flight I didn't really have much to do for a while, this is why I started trading stuff me and my family found while training. It was definitely worth it! Some dragons even showed interest in finding valuable items - we call them Treasure Hunters. They always come back to me with claws full of goods and not only that! They also bring home a lot of food and sometimes they even bring here eggs which were abandoned by their parents!

Our collaboration with Fire has spread, we now have contacts in some other clans as well. For example we're in between the Fire and the Shadow flight so we allow their merchants to cross the water at no additional cost and also keep them safe while they're travelling. They offer us their services for free in return.

I am a trader now. See these wonderful bags? They were gifted to me by my family, I love them! But finding mouse poop there is not cool... Ughh those mice! I got myself a cat to get rid of them but instead of chasing them away I think they became friends... What a useless cat... His name is Spotty by the way and he's very cuddly!

I still help others with their trainings in my free time. We live happy lives. Looking at all these new hatchlings makes me smile. They play with toys that I didn't have when I was their age. Everyone is well-fed. We wear pretty apparels and jewelry, instead of just old torn leathers.
I allow myself to be a little proud of what I have done here.


After spending our whole lives in these waters, everyone decided they would be happy to travel someplace else for a change. That's how we ended up in Earth. We found a lovely spot to set up a camp. While doing that, some earth dragons came and offered us a helping claw, they were really nice! We then light the campfire to cook something and invite our helpers to eat with us. We talked for hours and they told us more about their flight, how welcoming it is, and I saw a spark in one of my friend's eye when they mentioned their frequent discounts. I must admit, it does sound convincing. Some of us just liked the atmosphere here on the dry land more. When the earth dragons went home, everyone started talking how it would be like to live in Earth instead of Water. Everyone was asking me if we could stay a little longer. I contacted our mother to ask for an advice and guess what... We decided to just stay here. Mother managed to get a permission so we could build our new home here where we were camping. More earth dragons visited us and some of them, fascinated by our hard work and big hearts, decided to join our clan.
I don't know if we're gonna travel more or go back to Water in the future, but we're staying here in Earth for now.
