Tricked into believing the rogue clan leaders were her parents and knew best Fable didn't question why so many dragons came in and out of their small territory. As she grew into her teenage years Fable was introduced to a young lavender male named Zythos who the clan intended her to breed with to produce young for them to sell off, as planned the two began to fall for eachother and were parents to many-a-nest in a short time and Fable was glad to be surrounded by her kin. That was until one night. The clan needed to gather more food and patrol their borders and Fable alongside Zythos were ordered to go whilst promised their young would be watched over when they were gone. A sad lie they believed. The two came back to the devastating sight of all their hatchlings gone and told that they had been invaded and stolen but after seeing dragons come and go all their lives the two came into realization that something must be fishy (and not the seafood) and over the weeks the two attempted to sneak around and find the answer, that was when the two came upon a hidden gathering of hatchlings ready for sale. Managing to untie the captured hatchlings they fled away and none of their own were to be found exept one. Inside a large chest laid their firstborn surrounded by treasure and food, Azrael their multi-gazed son. |

When the family awoke they found themselves in a bright clearing surrounded by fruitful trees, rivers, and a familiar statue stood infront of them but this time it was different. Their was no plants over it and now stood a plaque infront reading 'You have wondered far and wide, your hearts seeking salvation after being decieved all your lives, I grant you fertile land guarded by magic and none can find by looking, this is your home now and all I ask is you be kind to others as I have been now and take them in during their time of need.' The family did as they were told and took in dragons of all kinds over the years and learnt more about the large imperial-like dragon depicted in the statue (Oramis) who provided them with a home and preached his kindness. Fable now serves her clan as a gatherer of food, resources and dragons who need a home. She always wears a mask when she's outside to evade being recognised by members of her birth-clan and will refrain from violence unless she really has to in order to defend her clan. |
