Abilities: Subject has an enchanting voice that essentially hypnotizes whoever listens into stopping whatever they are doing to watch the subject perform. The voice of the subject has been described as actually very beautiful, and it is unknown whether the subject possesses actual talent or if it is simply the hypnosis. Subject is neutral towards staff unless treated otherwise.

Notes
  • After listening to subject’s songs, some are angry about being hypnotized, some are indifferent, and some become ‘fans’ of the subject’s music and have befriended the subject on those grounds. The subject seems to appreciate it.
  • While subject poses no threat to staff, if Subject is singing during a containment breach this may hinder the ability of security and staff to re-contain offending subject(s). Roaming permissions have been denied With the addition of Vafics to the security force, subject’s roaming permissions have been reinstated.
  • Subject was caught singing during a containment breach of Subject #xx. The rampant subject passed through the area where Subject #46 was singing and stopped to listen, instantly hypnotized. Security was able to re-contain the subject easily and much loss of life was prevented due to Subject #46. Proposals have been made to create a selection of subjects beneficial to efforts of re-containment and safety.
  • Tests have shown that dragons who are tone deaf or unaffected by anything that would elicit emotional response *cough cough* NINGO *cough cough* do not fall under the subject’s hypnosis.
  • Subject has said it wants to “start a band” but it lacks “the right vibe” and needs “people who really understand what music is about.” The request is being considered.
