Derek had wandered the woods, sharing his music with all types of people,
however he was always greeted with disdain.
Derek was not well liked by most anyone, they found his free spirit...
Unnerving.
Though he tried not to let them get to him, it always got him down.
He wished to share his music with everyone, but no one would listen.
He traveled to a small town in which he fell sick.
The town's doctor took care of him until he was once again well.
During this time the Doctor and he bonded and became good friends.
Without realizing, Derek had realized he had fallen for the kind and gentle Doctor.
