Uh-oh, looks like this grumpy alchemist wandered a little too far from her home lair (#400302, quillflight), and now she's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just return her to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. This is not necessary, but she would be very grateful!

Elucid was hatched as your average little bogsneak, running away constantly to avoid other dragons. One day, her running led her to the trading post--and Baldwin. She became his apprentice, along with--probably overestimated amount of--7,000 dragons. By this time, she'd developed what most bogsneaks didn't have--social anxiety. She didn't like being in the presence of the other apprentices and would hide under Baldwin's wing when she felt unsafe. Baldwin, the caring old soul he is, took her under his wing--literally. Elucid now works as the clan's alchemist, and is still Baldwin's apprentice. She still very much worries about her public opinion, but Baldwin always helped her. She always liked to say the old soul was just like a "Replacement Father".
