-medusa-inspired dragon. if you look into her eyes you'll get to live an exciting life as a statue
-turned one of her siblings into a statue when she was young (need to find a permababy for this aaaa)
- parents were like "heck" and found an old magical dude to teach them how to combat her stone-turny powers
- the witch agreed to help them and taught her parents how to make a potion that would render her completely blind. the potion also makes it so that she can't turn anyone into stone
- emilia was raised believing that the potion was the only thing that kept her alive and that if she stopped taking it she would surely die. she thinks that she is very sick and needs to avoid any and all sources of contamination.
- wears a heavy cloak and a blindfold because she was told it will help keep her safe
- sticks close to her best friend Iago all the time. he is basically her caretaker now
- iago knows that she doesn't need to take the potion but is too scared of what might happen if she doesn't
