Kale is one with the shadows.

Forsaking his past life, Kale now spends the rest of his life dedicated to the annihilation of N'Zoth. During this time, he entered into a relationship with the Black Prince, Wrathion. The two of them work together to rid Azeroth of N'Zoths taint and corruption.
