Apollo was one of the strongest Guardsdragons in the clan. After losing his sight in battle he learned how to fight with his senses, feeling movement in the air and hearing the breath of his enemies. He is well-respected in the community and has earned the role of advisor to Atlas.

Living most of his life as a humble soldier in Ardenstone he has not met many other dragons from other parts of the Realm. He longed to see Carhtis and Wardlaw, two historical cities that were once incredible centers of the world. He longed to meet traders from other cities and learn what the Realm is really like, but luck was not in his favor. The only outsider Apollo met was Typhon on a mission.

When he caught Typhon trying to murder the ruling family he took action. He witnessed the magical powers that were only rumors before, but the battle resulted in his sight being lost. With the help of Booker, he learned how to live in nature without sight. His wisdom is valuable, and he advises Atlas on how to turn the Guardsdragons into ruthless soldiers.
