Mara, The Dragoness of Grief and Mourning, this unfortunate dragon unknowingly picked up a cursed pearl she found glowing eerily in a mysterious dark cave with matted bumpy dirt under her. Little did she know under her feet were once the past souls and bones of other creatures and Dragons from the far past, somehow their souls encased themselves in this pearl. Perhaps a cursed spell was casted on this shiny gem? Maybe the souls of the damned were so desperate to be more free that they did whatever it took to see more of the precious world they once loved, Even if that meant making the poor dragon to pick it up be forever forlorn. Mara was foolish enough to fall for this. Once she held what seemed to be so pretty. Turned her life into a whole different story.. everything changed. she now sees past lives shine in the pearl she forever holds tight in her grasp. Whispering there olden stories of agony and sorrow. She's the only one who has the ability to see and hear these past spirits. She can't leave the doomed pearl even if she wanted to, she has tried many times before. The loud whimpering wails and horrifying screams loud and echoing in her head haunts her when she tries to stray from it for too long.. So she holds this pearl dear to her heart and looks up to the sky hoping some entity will save and free those trapped within
