Emperor is a junior researcher at Facility 17. He assists other researchers and studies safe class anomalies. He has a brusque and stoney personality and is jealous of higher ranking staff members. Listening and adhering to the rules isn't really his style; he thinks he's above the rules. To him the ends justify the means, even if the ethics council doesn't see it that way. He's introverted and doesn't like to interact with dragons who "aren't worth his time". Extremely intelligent but kind of a jerk, Emperor isn't the friendliest dragon in the clan.
