Third of Solstice's four preservers, Verdure encompasses the aspects of nature and earth, and the air of life that subsumes all of creation. Her presence is a gentle, soothing breeze that chases away worries, and brings about the happy memories of a future that has long since disappeared, becoming a past to look back upon. Like the other three, she knows of the mysterious 'promise' made between Deiarma and an unknown individual.

The delicate, shimmering network of lace-like filigree that ensnares her body glints in the sun, and the peridots give off a fire that diamonds could not match. When she is in the sunlight, her entire form bears the appearance of a heavenly artifact. Yet, despite its ornate nature, it is a part of her, and is an eternal marking of the burden that she carries. As one of the wardens that guard a corner of Deiarma's shrine, it is a brand that at least one must hold, for the sake of all.

Her touch brings renewal. But not necessarily renewal of life in the most literal sense. Verdure is most intent on making sure that a past is a tool to shape the future, not something to dwell in forever. For if one continually tries to defy the movement of time, they will still be carried downstream, endlessly, ceaselessly, never touching that long-past aspiration.
