Nyra

Respected for her kindness and patience, Nyra spends much of time helping injured and lost dragons. She regularly travels to her birthplace to assist dragons who fall under any of the numerous misfortunes of the Plaguelands. The Scarred Wasteland's "unique" bounty attracts many explorers, collectors and wanderers from other Flights. Curious fungal growths and sunbleached bones are of great interest to the world's mages and alchemists. Unfortunately, not every dragon is prepared for the hazards of the region, adding more skeletons to the boneyards. It is Nyra's mission to keep this from happening.

She routinely surveys the realm, looking for dehydrated, lost or ill dragons. With a soft voice and gentle smile she guides them to water and shelter. Her unique blend of herbs and spices soothes their pain and heals their wounds. When they are fit to continue their journey, Nyra is always sure to point them in the right direction. More than once, a dragon she saved has returned to her lair months later to offer gifts and treasure as thanks. Nyra loves her work and firmly believes that compassion is never wasted.
