Biography

Solaris is a Seer, outcast for being such. The clan she came from eschewed all forms of magic, and lived a purely technological existence. As such, when her abilities as a Seer presented themselves after she explored a cave and was grievously wounded, only to be rescued by an entity she now refuses to speak about, she was outcast from her clan. While trying to make her way in the world, she was caught up in a Cult festival and was very nearly harmed again. Her prostration before Chavi and the revealing of secrets of the future which were already known to Chavi but unknown to other Cult members, earned her a permanent place in The Cult as a seer and spirit walker. In the spirit realm, she converses with the exalted and the ancestors, speaking to them of current events and asking for advice for the benefit of current Cult members. Her den is smokey and dim, with gentle red light from hanging lanterns, thick velvet curtains across the entrance, and a very large shrine to the ancestors of The Cult. She is an archivist alongside Phoenix, although she is more in charge of recording Cult lore than recording external events. She almost never leaves the main lair of The Cult.
