Titania

Titania is born of a blink mage, and as such, is innately drawn to the depths of planar magic. Unlike her father, however, her time spent in the Astral Plane isn't for mere milliseconds at at time-- she often spends long hours traversing through dimensions. Such a mastery over astral projection is rare, and not many dragons can learn to control such a gift.

Titania claims that while traversing beyond the material plane, the stars stay the same-- and they're what she uses to navigate and find her way back home. As such, they're very important to her, and she spends a fair amount of time poring over charts and constructing her own maps.

Spending so much time away from your native dimension has its side effects, though, including a loss of your sense of time. It's not uncommon to find Titania peering off into space for extended periods, reminiscing on things beyond the comprehension of most.
