Mistress is an Ice Fae, hatched in an unknown lair.
His biography is being used as a filled-out example of a template, because the writer is bad at remembering how he formats his dragon bios despite having an actual template-bearing dragon in his main den.
Mistress has been in this hibernal den for years.
